I went into Boots Abingdon yesterday with my auntie. Robyn the store assistant was absolutely wonderful, she was kind, polite, very helpful and she listened to what my aunt needed. A credit to Boots.

Rubbish. Was waiting in one queue for ages as there was one person swapping between the prescription till and over counter. Finally someone else came on the prescription till and told me to go and stand in a different queue where people blatantly pushed in. Grow a backbone and serve the people who were waiting longer. Also the staff were stood round the corner messing around and finally decided to go and serve people.

Came in to collect my prescription and they were closed for lunch. the only Boots that closes for lunch which i will hasten to add isn't mentioned on their website. Also, no one answers the phone .

What an absolute joke. Only one person covering prescriptions and the medicines desk, then they change the rules when they find someone else. Whatever happened to customer care?

Appalling pharmacy service, they often run out of stock, why not order it in when plenty of notice is given? Then when you go to pick up repeat prescription, they don't tell you that they're out of stock until you get there. This has happened on more than one occasion so a panic to get Meds from other pharmacies after trying to get another emergency prescription from the doctors. Will never use this pharmacy again

Abingdon branch has really not been great recently. System "keeps" going down so get all the way to town & can't get your prescription, very inconvenient & no good when needing new pills that must started straight away.Then when you try & call to see if system is back up & running before wasting time going to the actual shop, after 20 mins of calling no one answers the phone on any of the options available just rings for ages. Total nightmare. Terrible service.
