(Other bodyshops seemed happy to rely on photos when giving quotes, which led them to missing the underlying issue that Matt spotted through observation). He gave excellent advice throughout the process. He even offered to reverse my car out of the slightly awkward drive leading to his workshop, rightly guessing that I (woman with baby) was not confident in doing so.”
