I was ringing them for 3 1/2 hrs on Saturday morning , phone was ringing then someone would pick it up and then got a dead tone , if they were busy surely a voice mail for customers would be more polite than hanging up .
Today I have been ringing them almost 7 hrs and got the same scenario as Saturday , it?s 4 pm and I?ve still not reached them regarding a script I am desperate for ( as they deliver to me due to mobility issues ) it?s absolutely rediculous , I?ve even emailed and messaged website no response, don?t think they have a problem with the phone because a couple of times today I got the engaged tone , rang back a few minutes later ringing then cut off again

Unless you have a Newgate GP prescription or a prescription directly sent to this pharmacy, DO NOT go here. The staff will not download any prescription for you, don't waste your time.
