After a bad experience a year or so ago at topps tiles it had become the place I went as a last resort. Im so glad I did go back because Kate and Marc absolutely changed the game for me. I love interior design but after years of renovating I have massive decision fatigue and without Kate and Marc I?d have gone ahead with boring tiles. They were both so informative, really listened to what my style was, looked at pictures of the surrounding area I was tiling and gave me tons of tile options aswell as grout combinations. Nothing was too much. I?m a customer service consultant by trade and often find it hard to be impressed by service (guess I have very high standards), I was blown away by how great they were and not pushy in the slightest. I now have the perfect tiles that I?ve had compliments on the samples alone (even from the postie) and I?ll certainly be back when we move onto the bathroom!

Love the Topps Tiles in Worksop. The shop is very well laid out so it?s easy to either find what you?re looking for or to get some inspiration. The staff and I mean all of them are so friendly, polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I can?t recommend Topps Tiles in Worksop highly enough.

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a laminate for the bathroom. Cora was very attentive, she pointed out the offers explaining all the key points of each laminate, their pricing and the all different variations of colour. In addition, it also had incorporated underlay as a bonus. I obviously purchased and was informed it would be in store on Wednesday, less than 48 hours later. Fabulous service, can't wait to see it fitted.

Marc is a legend . This company would not function without top quality customers service . Give this man a pay rise . He sorted my discontinued tiles out from about 15 stores . Very happy and will surely return.

My father & I always feel very welcomed and looked after by the staff at the Worksop branch, they are all very knowledgeable and present great options on products with very helpful opinions. Will only use Topps Tiles for all our kitchen and bathroom projects
