On a random walk through Worksop we stumbled upon this lovely humble pub. We were welcomed into the establishment with a smile. A lovely warm atmosphere and beautifully clean toilets. Service was second to none. Our lb (4) has allergies and they bent over backwards to accommodate even cooking a jacket potato in place of the mash due to allergens! Meat was cooked to perfection! We will be returning and highly recommend! Plus kids eat free!! ??
Plus home cooked chips what a bonus!!

Had a meal yesterday with my parrner, the food was amazing, good quality cuts of meat, was cooked to perfection. Good portion sizes for the money. The staff was polite, and the waiting was spot on. Will definitely be back again soon

Very nice traditional pub, has carpark. Good fresh food, staff in here are really nice. It seemed to have a very good mix of different age groups. Will definitely return here.

The Shireoaks is our go to place for the friendly atmosphere and good food.
Slightly disappointed with the Tapas evening tonight, it just lacked the usual standard, sorry guys. The last 2 were brilliant but the menu was confusing and just didn't quite hit the usual standard.
Still one of the best pubs in town and we'll be back soon. Keep the Steak and Potato pie on the menu, best ever

The staff were very pleasant and the meal deal with dico was very good value. But we weren't told when we booked by phone, it was a 3 cause meal and disco all inclusive. This was not what I wanted. So I apologised and we went somewhere else. I think it would have been a dam good night if I was 10 years younger and could eat a 3 cause meal.

Had a works christmas meal here, and the starters were lovely however the main courses were vile. How can you get fish and chips so wrong.
