We chose The Little Kitchen Factory because we were impressed with our first visit to the showroom and the obvious pride John felt about the company. John was very knowledgeable about all the products and was happy to take time to discuss all options and answer any questions without any pressure. We knew The Little Kitchen Factory wouldn't be the cheapest but we felt it was worth spending that bit more to get a quality kitchen and utility room.
John came to our home to measure up and come up with a design which was everything we had asked for and more. The care and attention he put into the planning stage was very much appreciated.
Paul came a few weeks before work was due to start to double check everything and go through the finer details with us. He was meticulous and checked everything to ensure it was accurate. Paul, like John, was happy to answer any questions and we knew we were in excellent hands.
Our fitters, Darren and Bryn, cut no corners with their workmanship. They worked hard and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They too are an asset to the business.
We are thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room and would recommend The Little Kitchen Factory to anybody who wants a quality kitchen fitted to a high standard.

Thrilled to bits with our new kitchen and utility room. The whole process ran like a dream from the design with John and Paul right through to the installation with Darren, Bryn and Tom. The professionalism and expertise of all the guys involved was second to none. Cannot thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

Had a complete kitchen installation in 2023 which was amazing and still is. I continually get compliments. Just had a slight problem this week with a corner cupboard dropping. Darren visited and sorted the issue in no time which confirms to me that The Little Kitchen Factory?s after sales service is just as professional and exemplary as their original installation.

I had my lovely quality kitchen fitted in 2018 and recently needed a replacement part. I called in to the showroom and nothing was too much trouble they had a spare in the warehouse and sorted it out for me. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend tlc

John spent a lot of time understanding our requirements and planning the kitchen accordingly.
Darren and Bryn were excellent at fitting the kitchen - nothing was too much trouble for them.

?Our kitchen was completed at the end of November 24 and we couldn?t be happier.
On our journey to have the kitchen installed we asked friends who?d had kitchens installed and we looked at 3 different suppliers. The Little Kitchen Factory stood out above all others and John and Paul were very professional in their dealings with us. Nothing was too much trouble.
The installation was well planned like a military operation and the fitting team were excellent.

REVIEW OF THE LITTLE KITCHEN FACTORY FOLLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF OUR NEW KITCHEN AND UTILITY ROOM
1. DESIGN - John English listened to our wishes and produced a superb design to fulfil our requirements.
2.SHOWROOM - We were able to see all the actual units, quartz surfaces, sinks and electrical appliances in situ
3.STRIPPING OUT - Darren and his team arrived promptly and stripped the rooms completely in one day. Everything was taken away by van for disposal. No skips were involved and everywhere was left clean.
4. INSTALLATION - After a prompt start, Darren and the team worked efficiently and cleanly. Their attention to detail was unbelievably good. All team members were polite, pleasant and very competent.
5. CHECKS AND CERTIFICATION. - All systems and circuitry for the services were checked externally where required.
6. THE FINISHED PRODUCT - The completed kitchen and utility room exceeded all our expectations.
7. RECOMMENDATION. - We do not hesitate to recommend The Little Kitchen Factory to supply and fit any Kitchen or Utility Room. It was so refreshing to experience such professionalism delivered so pleasantly and effectively.

Looking for a new worktop for our 1 year old home. From the start, Peter and the team couldn't have been more helpful. From looking in their beautiful showroom, to having our new quartz worktop fitted, it was professional, the communication was just right, and not once did we feel pressured. The team that came to measure up, to the fitters were brilliant.
We were delighted with our beautiful worktop, it finishes our kitchen off. We would highly recommend Peter and the team at The Little Kitchen Factory.

Would recommend The Little Kitchen Factory for your next Kitchen.
This is our second Kitchen they have installed for us now and both experiences have been excellent.
You won't be waiting on anything to be done because everything is planned and it flows, when one job is done, the next follows on till it's completed. Ie, plaster, electrics and so on.
The people at TLKF are pleasant, polite and professional.
If any minor thing does crop up, they will be there to sort it.
Well pleased with our new kitchen in our new home.

As a returning customer to The Little Kitchen Factory, I was not disappointed. If you?re considering a new kitchen or fitted bedroom, I could not recommend this company enough, because if you?re looking for excellent design, quality and attention to detail then look no further.

I found The Little Kitchen Factory while browsing for local independent kitchen suppliers. I subsequently found out that most find them by word of mouth recommended. We are so pleased that we used this lovely little business, they more than met our initial vision and far surpassed our expectations on delivery and completion.
We had looked at Howdens, Wren and other independents however none came close to what The Little Kitchen Factory offered and delivered. The transformation from our previous small dingy kitchen and dining room to the bright, light, well appointed space is remarkable.
All this is down to this local business where passion and customer care are not just strap lines on a flashy advertisement.
Under Paul the director, who truly takes time to address any unexpected issues, there is a talented team who all in turn apply their skills and knowledge to produce a top class product. John in sales is fantastic, patiently listens to the customer?s idea, to then guide them through a far better solution! No pressure, just years of understanding his trade and knowledge, with a keen eye to envisage the very best options for a limited space. The fitting team were brilliant, Daz and Harry undertook the bulk of the work. Daz was extremely helpful and his attention to detail ensures a very high quality finish. Thank you so much for the care you took and the extras you kind carried out.
I cannot find fault with this business, this post does not come near explaining the customer care delivered.
Make them a top priority to visit as you start your new kitchen search. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic from first phone call to them to completion of kitchen, a great team who were very helpful, I can not speak more highly of them, if you're looking to have you're kitchen refitted I highly recommend you check them out.
