I understand why there is a barrier fence to stop customers from getting to the reduced section in store, but I was there for half an hour and still no access. Reduce stuff behind the scenes and then chuck it on shelfs. As much as I hate food waste, I can't help but hope you didn't sell it, how long do you want people to hang around. We can't all afford full price sorry.

Visited Tesco store Worksop today with my 88 year old Mum & 90 year old Dad, why are there SEVEN, EMPTY click and collect bays, when there's three cars with disabled drivers/ and or disabled passengers (myself included) driving round and round trying to get a disabled bay? It's not just about having a space near to the entrance, it's also about having an extra wide space so you can open your doors fully for ease of getting in and out of the car

Only 2 people working at the tills for scanning , i moved to self scan and waited 10 mins . Trying to reduce workers for big profits that shows no respect for employees and customers.

I am writing to share my recent experience at one of your stores(Gateford , Worksop), which I found quite disappointing.
As an Asian individual who has lived in the UK for over 25 years, I was taken aback by the behavior of one of your young staff members named ?Liv?.During my visit, I encountered a situation where she displayed rudeness and a lack of friendliness while assisting me with my purchase of an alcohol bottle.
It was particularly concerning to see her engrossed in her phone while I was waiting. Instead of greeting customers with a warm smile or promptly addressing their needs, Liv seemed more focused on her conversation with another staff member.
When she finally acknowledged my presence, she merely nodded for me to come to her without any semblance of courtesy or assistance in removing the tag from the bottle. This experience left me feeling sidelined and unappreciated as a customer.
I want to emphasize that this behavior seemed directed towards me as a foreigner, which is quite disheartening. I believe that all customers deserve respectful and attentive service regardless of their background.
I hope you take my feedback into consideration as I believe customer service training could greatly benefit your staff.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Good range of products and cheap fuel

Really expensive. For all my fellow travellers, DO NOT shop at Tesco. Go to Asda or Morrison's, far better prices. Tesco advertise clubcard prices that are cheaper.

Ever since the pandemic, this store has declined. Too many empty shelves, a reduced number of staff, particularly at the points of sale causing long queues at POS and too many changes of products' locations. The shelves usually need to be kept tidier, especially empty cartons quickly removed.
Generally, staff are pleasant and helpful.

It's tesco. The store is good but there are always billions of young staff standing about. Surely there is something they can do

Tesco charged me twice for the same item in their cafe. Tried phoning but the auto response system was unhelpful. Guess I'll have to stand the loss but won't visit again.
