I'm an Uber driver and I've been working with this store for 3 years. Recently, a girl was hired who speaks badly to customers and drivers. When I wanted to order food, I was refused on the grounds that I work for Uber and that I don't she is allowed to serve me. this is not true. and on her shift the waiting time increased to 20 minutes. when you ask details about your order she tells you to cancel it as she is busy and has no time to place your order. I asked her name so I could report and she refused to talk to me. it seems bad for a simple employee to refuse customers on some invented reasons

Usually alright but this second time I?ve been and there been a sign in window saying back in 40 mins for break or similar . Not a big issue just unprofessional when i come specifically

What?s the point in opening when you have no Meatballs, and no chicken? Plus no vegetarian options? That?s like maccies opening without any nuggets or fries. Get your stock levels sorted

A subway rookie, I had never been to a subway before, and called in tonight. I hadn't a clue what to order. The two very helpful young gentlemen on duty were so helpful and offered excellent advice. I had a 6 inch rustic Italian with salami, pepperoni, ham, cheese and every form of salad component, with mayo and honey (I think). The sandwich was outstanding. Full marks for customer service!

Took 15 minutes to get served when there was no queue! Saff wasn't aware of offers in store either! Was very dissatisfied with service.
