Very helpful staff. I required some engine oil and rang the station to ask if it was kept in stock. I called in to collect some and the chap asked if I needed any help. He was very helpful in making sure I was buying the correct oil and was helping me while serving other customers. It was excellent customer service, when I apologised for taking his time he said I'm just doing my job and here to help. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

The most pleasant staff I?ve ever come across. The gentleman from Sri Lanka welcomes me with a good morning Ma?am, how are you and hope you have a lovely day. Every one is welcomed in the same way be it it gentleman or ladies. Where else do you get sales people like this? Definitely a keeper Shell

Verbally abused with a confrontation and abrupt manner by the alleged manager for not being able to manoeuvre my vehicle out of the broken jet wash, when asked why there was attitude towards me she took my van details and threatened to call the police! I attempted to explain that due to the direct sunlight from behind my visibility was poor and I was struggling to see, to which she walked away refusing to offer her name claiming I?d insulted her! Very bizarre behaviour from someone who should be far more understanding and accommodating!
