Granted it is small but the staff are excellent. Compared to other banks in Worksop, they are polite.I've had other banks in worksop throw my receipt at me when I've been to the counter. Sometimes the queue is worth it for the friendliness of the staff.

I disagree with the previous reviews, I found the staff very pleasant and efficient . Today was the first time I have had to go into a branch for about 15 years and the service was excellent .
