Good range pleasant staff ,clean & tidy but noticed short dates within 24 hours on many items at considerably higher prices than the main store . Which considering its location within disabled bunglaows & pensioners properties it maybe convieniently situated but taking advantage on their finances .

Not visited this store for a few months as don't live in the area anymore, what a change. Very unhelpful staff. Lack of knowledge and not friendly at all. Didn't ask if I needed a bag, Saw I was struggling to pick up my shopping with my walking stick in hand.
Never mentioned nectar card. Walked off before I left the till without even a thank you or goodbye. Think customer training is needed.

Went in to redeem a winning scratch card at 10pm (store doesn't close until 11pm) and was told they have cashed up and not possible. I then went home to get money as i couldn't claim the £10 winnings, i returned to buy a scratch card and again was told not possible. Even though this was 1 hour before closing time.A joke of a store. Dont recommend.

Expensive but convenient. Need to clean their baskets as they're dirty, who wants their shopping rolling around in a dirty basket? A member of staff caught me quietly complaining to myself about this, then I was told "there's some blue roll there if you want to clean it" (during covid too) complained about this to customer service, yet nothing was done.

Nothing now as tried visit your Worksop store today to be faced with a lady and security saying we can not come in together with out giving us any chance to explain about having anxiety and shopping alone so upset disappointed we went to another supermarket no issues or problems we wer allowed in together and I will not shop Sainsbury?s again .you need to have more understanding I no there?s pandemic but you also need to be aware of peoples Heath issues .
