Generally helpful and polite, although they need to get up to speed on prohibited items. Been turned away before for trying to post fragrance samples, and had to go elsewhere.

Outstanding service from Stephanie and Beryl when I visited last week. They went out of their way to research the best/ most economical way for me to send documents abroad. Stephanie even repacked the documents in to a new envelope and spent time addressing it neatly for me. Many thanks!

Staff seemed very put out that I even dared to enter the post office let alone ask then to post my parcel. No other customers but the man and woman behind the tills felt the need to argue over who had to serve me, all the while I'm watching the last post of the day leave. The man drew the short straw on having to sort my parcel out but kindly informed me 'I better be paying with card' cause he has already started cashing up. I wish they never closed my local post office at the top of rains avenue.

Spent 10 minutes in the que while the staff had a chit chat with a customer about dvd then was greeted with an eye roll, a huff and told to go to the other post office on Newcastle avenue. Not the first time I have been in this post office and they have sent me to another post office. Won't waste my time going in there anymore. Useless

Most helpful & friendly . I have to use the post office regularly and they are the only one in the area to accept Amex Payment . Crucial for me with business card for payment .

I was returning a box containing sports shoes from Nike to this post office, following the clear instructions from Nike to return the shoes for free using a bar code label and a stamp. There were clear steps printed on the label to get the box delivered for free, though the staff at the office seemed to make things nonsensical and confusing as they seemed to ignore these steps and ignored what I was saying and eventually asked me to pay money to have it delivered. Terrible service.
