Lowest review I can leave ordered twice told to ring back again no English speaking staff then a 3 way conversation with myself phone staff and chef totally unprofessional and we previously used them for last 17 years

Was highly disappointed with this. We ordered the food with an expectation of 60 - 80 minute wait as stated before ordering but didn't receive our food till 2 hours and 15 minutes after, I rang up about where our food was a got told a time and yet it was longer. Didn't receive anything near an apology and the worst part is we spent £52.10 on the food just to get bland food and food which had clearly been reheated because of the wait and just to top things off we was missing parts of the order.
We will not be using them again for our food and I recommend that no one else does either to save disappointment.

Totally disgusted. Called in as 3 people for a sit down meal, someone on the phone ... obviously no problem sorting other customers out, waited and waited eventually sat down to be told in an 'empty'!!!! Restaurant we not doing food because too busy delivery... it was a disgusting state in the toilets and 1 table still had plates on, I wonder when from? Today? Yesterday? Or when someone had manners!!!!! Absolutely rubbish ... wish could score a minus on the place

Portion sizes are good. Overall taste was mediocre, the chicken chowmien was flavourless and not worth £8.10. Part of order stated we got spring rolls, on delivery none were included. We rang up the restaurant to let them know, and they stated they were no longer included. Well unfortunately, when it says on the menu they are, you can't just say they aren't. We got a feeble sorry and basically didn't get what we paid for. May seem petty, but at the end of the day it's the restaurants responsibility to ensure the menu is updated on all platforms and no one likes paying for something to not receive it.

3rd year we have had delivery whilst staying at Clumber Park Lodges. Every year food is fab but this year the food was absolutely delicious/fantastic/out of this world.We decided to have it on our 2nd night then had to have it again on our 4th night.Can't wait to visit next year and have the best chinese ever.

Avoid this place!! Booked table for my daughters 12th birthday nearly 2weeks in advance for 6 of us. Got there and was like a store room and freezing cold they had to clear a table to make room for us to sit coz covered in delivery bags and storage items etc it was a mess they wasn't prepared at all considering when we booked Saif it was a birthday. we had to ask for heating to be put on as steam came out when we spoke even staff had coats on it was freezing they laughed when we asked and said they put a radiator on as we was sat in our coats they got a portable gas heater that wouldn't work so they was banging and hitting it and shouting at eachother in their own language it was honestly a joke the menus had multiple prices in each one so couldnt see how much they was as varied menu to.menu and prices wwre ridiculous and when it came to ordering drink they had nothing to offer even beer pumps didn't work then told it was cash only which none of us carry so we ended up walking out of there very angry it had no atmosphere, music, tabkes not prepped just gave us a plate of prawn crackers and asked for our order before we even sat down and looked at menu, the other workers dropping and banging around in the restaurant sorting stuff out like we was sat in a warehouse not restaurant as it literally looked like a store room with a few tables. We booked this nearly 2 week ago and they wasn't even prepared my poor little girl had her birthday ruined she was so excited to eat at a chinese take away for the first time and been counting the days just.to be disappinted and no apology either or anything it was dirty and disgusting and how it's being allowed to operate as a restaurant is beyond me I will be reporting this to health and safety and local council. To not have any heating in this weather then bring in gas heaters which they admitted don't work very well and put it next to our table smelling of gas and to be told if it goes out they reheat it and to have to sit In our coats was awful it was awkward too and then to be told all we can have if coke and a fee select drinks as there pumps for beer etc don't work anymore and the coke was stored jn the corner of restaurant in bottles too it was utter disgusting so please don't waste ur time or money on this place. I just hope something is done when I report it.. thanks for ruining my little girls birthday mandarin palace!!!

Our go to place for Chinese. First time they have let us down. Nearly 2 hours for delivery. I called the restaurant after 1 hour 20 minutes and was told food was ready and they where just waiting on a driver. Not sure how fresh food was but was hot and just as tasty as any other time except for the duck rolls. They where far too greasy to eat and in fact dropped apart when taken out of the bag.

Did not need to book a table just walk in sit we're you like. The food was very nice and the service was excellent this was my second visit al be going again. There was only a few parking spaces outside and it looks like they do deliver.
