Even though the tyres were fitted elsewhere Kwik Fit Worksop offered to diagnose and rectify problem with minimal cost, definitely went the extra mile for me

Brilliant service from Ryan - checked my tyre wear yesterday as a walk in and fitted 2 new rear tyres today during a timed appointment. Super quick ?while you wait? service, very warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend and we?ll use them again. Thank you very much Ryan, much appreciated!

I had the pleasure of using this branch at worksop recently, and from start to finish, the experience was smooth, honest, and refreshingly professional. Ryan in particular went above and beyond.
He was not only helpful, but genuinely invested in making sure everything was clear and done right. You can tell he knows his stuff and cares about the people walking through the door.
Whether it was explaining the work, sourcing parts, or just being approachable and patient, Ryan made the whole process feel easy. The entire team clearly values transparency and quality, and it shows in both their workmanship and their attitude. I arrived at 4:55pm on a Saturday having phoned ahead for an emergency tyre replacement and Matt and his colleague stayed in their own time to fit 3 tyres as all were badly worn and I had to drive a further 150 miles that day. What amazing service and they were so kind about it. Absolutely superb!!

Frustrating experience at the Worksop branch
We booked a wheel alignment appointment with Quick Fit for 12:30 on a Friday, only to be told by Ryan at the Worksop branch that I would have to wait until 2:00pm. We took time out of our day and spent money to get there, so it was a little frustrating.
We have however used numerous times before with no issues

Well where do I begin. After a challenging one time personally to add to the drama i encountered large pothole which in turn burst my tyre on impact. In quick haste I contacted Motability and the service i received was at the least questionable. I took it upon myself to call Kwik Fit to enquire if a tyre may be stocked. (This was 17:20) I had mentally prepared myself for the normally ?sorry not in stock or we can?t help? instead i was speaking to the Centre Manager Matt Johnson. Well what an outstanding experience. To say Matt went above and beyond is probably not enough. I was totally reassured and confidently assured i would leave with a tyre on my wheel. Due to Motability Terms and Conditions it was looking like as my vehicle was not present and only the wheel that they would not authorise the repair. This was not accepted by Matt and selflessly agreed that the would physically come to my home address and for the wheel back on.
As a project manager and manager of a team of staff I encourage all the behaviours I?ve received today.
Matt is an absolute asset and credit to your organisation and I trust he has a bright future ahead.
I?d definitely employ him!
