The manager ( we never got his name ?) and Jonny are ace very helpful and patient. Jonny did everything in his powers to help us out and by the end we got a better deal then we thought. We spent that much in EE over the last couple of days. I want a free t-shirt ?? thank you worksop EE

I recently visited the EE store in Worksop to renew my phone contract, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain all the options available and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to assist made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend the EE store in Worksop to anyone looking for excellent customer service and great deals on phone contracts. A top-notch experience

I've been with EE only three months. I had to go in store today as I had an issue with my pack not renewing correctly and eating credit instead. The store were only interested in trying to sell me a contract once they found that I wasn't interested in a contract they was not interested in helping. Not Recommended.

Fantastic service, help and assistance on obtaining new phone.
Nothing too much trouble and thank all the staff there.
In particular like to thank a young woman who helped us on Monday afternoon.
She will go far both for her great customer service but also for her calm unhurried approach.
It is staff like her that really create a brand loyalty.
EE Worksop is in safe hands with the three staff we met Monday afternoon and the one who dealt with us will be golden material that EE will be so proud to have.??

Abi, Jermaine, Ash, really helpful abi especially always helps me out if I have a problem with my phone. Really good customer service. Kornelia was funny and wound me up asking if I support spurs but I'm a Liverpool fan haha. Good customer relations. Best sales advisors I've met would highly recommend this store to everyone thank you for everything you've done over the years. Very good manager to the staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I purchased a IPhone 15 Pro Max from the EE mobile phone branch in Worksop on the 13/1/24. I found the staff to be polite & helpfull , very thorough and professional . A special thanks goes out to the manager of the branch , not forgetting Kornelia .

I went to Worksop store this morning for a SIM card and was told all there SIM cards were faulty, so they sent me to Retford, when I got here they are shut, girl I spoke to at Worksop said well it says there open on the website, I said well I?m stud outside and the shutters are down, she then said it?s not my problem, EE and there great customer service, I wouldn?t mind but it?s an EE issue not mine, there are 8 people stud waiting, shocking
