The customer service and atmosphere has changed in the store. Particularly with the recent loss of Craig & Jamie who were always great! I was told I had to wait 5 minutes to be served as a delivery was more important last week. Way to lose regular customers!

A great place for used devices and a wide range of dvds to rent and silly prices. You can sell your own unused device and receive cash for it. Knowledgeable staff, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I went in a few weeks ago looking for an Xbox series X , my dad was a bit impolite and the staff dealt with his attitude with absolute grace. Will absolutely go back once I fancy getting that Wii fit board.

For ease of use for selling old devices it's pretty good, the few times I've been in however the staff can seem a little bit confusing for the average person, I play a lot of games and have a good understanding in most tech so I know what they are talking about but yeah, probably kinda confusing and overbearing for most people. Perhaps they could just tell the type of person they were speaking to.Besides the point- good service, fast, easy, decent rates ?
