2 lovely ladies were very helpful and very knowledable. So glad I went in store rather than buying on line, They were both super friendly , lots of helpful info, made me feel comfortable to try as many times as I wanted. I only went in to look but I was so happy with the information and the level of attention ( not pushy , left me to it until I asked for attention) . Good staff choice, I wish more stores had great staff like this

We were kept up to date at every step which we found really good. One of the delivery men (Nathan) gave us advice on assembling the bed which we found useful even though we had the instructions. Overall it was an excellent experience from the ladies in the showroom who were extremely helpful to delivery.

Excellent service from the ladies at Bensons at Worksop. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were very friendly and informative.
The delivery of the mattress was excellent, by Steven, Dom and Nathan. Very professional and friendly, took the mattress through to the bedroom, unpacked it and then gave advice regarding the mattress. Really pleased all round with Bensons
