Thorough eye examination together with contact lens check up. Professional staff with a caring side.
Appointment seemed rather rushed.
When being asked to look left, look right etc, I could hardly keep up with the speed the instructions were given.

I visited Vision Express 6/09/25. The optician I saw, Jay, was exceptionally reassuring and explained everything about my prescription in detail; which I hadn?t had before at a previous eye test at another named opticians. The new store is beautiful and sleek with fresh wide of frames including glasses to choose. Although the store was very busy, the lady I saw was very helpful in helping me to decide on the right frame. Would highly recommend anyone who wears and needs glasses in the future. Thank you.

Only thing that could be improved is when you?re having pre checks before seeing optician, more info required as I sat there and watched 2 people who arrived after me go into the optician before me. It was only when I queried this with Sam and she gave me an explanation it might be something to consider to give more info to patient when pre checks are complete.. but 5 stars for everything else, optician was amazing and showed me the difference between old and new prescription which is very helpful and Sam?s service was as always fantastic
