Time to close my account with this appaling bank.
One person serving, no counters, terrible absolutely disgusting.
And this the only surviving branch.

Appalling service by the branch manager.you want to be patronised go see the branch manager in this ( empty ) branch. Rude, obnoxious and is probably still stuck in 1700s where some people had automatic authority over others. Closing the account down.

Massive thank you to the staff at tsb West bridgford. Phone line had given me totally the wrong info on transferring my isa . Isa team suggested going in to the bank. I wasn't too happy having to go in but they were great. The guy meeting and greeting(sorry cant remember ypur name) was really helpful. Claire sorted everything out for me and ensured I didn't lose my allowance. Not everything can be sorted out on line, had to wait a short while as the branch was pretty busy and i didnt have an appointment but very pleased with the outcome. They've always been good in there but very relieved at how efficiently they sorted things out for me without having to go round in circles on the phone.

Went on line to order a new cheque book. After 15 minutes trying to find how I eventually managed to find a way. Filled out what was needed and was then shut down. Gave up . No post you can find telling how to order. Thought I will ring bank. Ha.ha.ha. each time I rang a Scottish voice told me all staff were busy and then hung up. Have still not ordered cheque book. Was put through to an engineer. Wanted me to pay £1 then £35 per month contract. What a disorganised lot they are at this bank.

Absolutely poor service. Sally Anne was rude and did not listen to my wife who was in the middle of grieving. No empathy shown, literally computer says no attitude. Spoke over her and did not give an opportunity for us to explain.Just told someone has told us wrong. No discretion shown discussing the account in a big busy bank further highlighting a complete lack of care and empathy. Avoid if you can!!
