Dreadful experience I phoned up for a large kebab and received half a children meal witch was cold and wouldn?t Evan feed my children I spoke the the owner and he told me that was the size is the size I feel utter ripped off and would never treat anyone the way I was treated by this man treated me
My kebab consists of 6 pieces of small chicken half a slice of cucumber a tiny piece of brown lettuce and a total of 7 slices of onion a massive rip off I would expect that kind experience down the phone but not in this country who ever owns this business should be ashamed of them self as they are just stealing from people
I will never order from this place again

I've use these people for years now customer gone after they gave us a large kebab with 6 pieces of chicken inside lost a really good customer and I'm a local business owner will lead to a bigger Loss in the long run

Ordered food at 1027. They called 13mins later to say they have no more chicken pieces, do I want wings or nuggats. They are not intending to make anymore chicken pieces now despite it being available on the app. I said no. They asked if i wanted drinks instead? No
I asked if he can refund that item if its not available to order? .... he said no, can't cancel one item, just have to cancel the whole order. I asked how but he said he didn't know. I asked if I had the option in the app? He said Yes.
Went to app and said I need to pay full amount to cancel (£14) and get no food.
I Called back and the guy kept me on hold then sounded seriously peed off I asked for a chicken burger instead. Not what I wanted and didn't eat
It wasn't my fault so through no fault of my own they expected me to cancel the order and pay full price for the privilege? WOW!!
Bad service. It's a shame as I go here often but should prob try somewhere else that doesn't take customer service for granted.

The guy on the phone was nice and the delivery guy was too. But the food was terrible the chicken burger tasted like plastic and the fries as well the food has really gone downhill at this place wouldn?t recommend or order from here again what a waste of £15
