Went in to the shop and met Dan today. Absolutely lovely chap who gave me sound advice in regards to my electric key for my car. Extremely helpful and such good advice that I didn?t actually make a purchase. I will be back again. I would highly recommend them!

I have recently used the shop twice to repair some shoes and I have to say the service and friendliness of the staff was great, the work done to the shoes one being a compleat re-sole to a pair of shoes and the other a replacement shoe lace eyelet that had broken were to a quality standard. The price was good as your paying for labour time as well as the cost of material I thought.
I would recommend the shop to others!

Saw Chris at Tudor Square branch of Timpsons, West Bridgford in Nottingham with a problem I had with a pair of shoes. He quickly identified the problem and produced an excellent repair. I've always used Timpson to get my spare keys cut. Went in the other day because my door key was sticking. Stuck it in the vice for me to straighten it a little, and advised me to rub a little bike chain oil on the key to oil the lock (also advised me not to use WD40 in locks). Didn't charge me a penny and this has worked a treat. Thank you. Great customer service.

Hi,A replacement battery, not an original iPhone battery, was used to replace the one in my iPhone XR. They recommended cheap non-original batteries because they said originals were pricey. Even if I don't use my phone much, it still loses charge quickly. Then I discovered that genuine goods only cost 40 pounds more than those knockoffs. I spent 45 for the battery, and I'll now pay another 85 at a certified Apple store for an authentic Apple battery.Despite this, I am not upset because they are excellent at creating high-quality keys and repairing watches and shoes.Simply put, I would advise them to also keep original batteries on hand so that anyone with the means to do so might purchase them just in case.I like this store because it is very nice and clean, and the staff is helpful and experienced.
