Very slow service, waited nearly a hour for our pizza and it wasn?t even that busy. Reading other reviews over the last few months, it seems to be a common theme. Despite this, the pizzas were excellent as always, just a shame they can?t sort out the extremely slow service.

Absolutely disgusted at the service from this place the staff were so abrupt and really rude towards us yet 52 people came to eat with you on that day and all you can think about is saving money , it?s like all anyone cares about these days rather than good customer service hence the 1 star review . So we were told that customers in such a big group can?t use vouchers due to terms and conditions which I understand but we were in separate groups every family was part of a different party so would all be paying separate , for 1 I only wanted to use the o2 ones for 2 margarita pizzas for the kids I had ordered a full pizza price items so had the wife both ordered a starter each plus a bottle of wine and all you cared about was vouchers ,the manager had no clue how to sort out a situation saying he had a duty of care to protect his staff from an irate customer of that?s how you deal with things then I?m afraid you?re in the wrong game and rather than help out and back up the customer you chose this option basically telling me to leave so I did and I?m just a normal guy day of 2 kids who wanted a nice meal after a fantastic season which you?ve ruined for me and my family so won?t ever be returning anyway just a heads up for others to avoid this place rating is terrible anyway to be honest and can see why avoid avoid avoid

If you like £20 pizzas, hour long wait times, average service, pre added service charges and mediocre food then this is the restaurant for you

Service and general atmosphere of the restaurant was good. Just a shame about the food really we had 3 pizzas in total 2 of the 3 were raw one of them worse than the other. The tap water was very very salty aswell and every time we had it changed it was the same thing. Not sure if that?s just Nottingham water as a whole or just here though. Overall not happy with my experience

Daughter who is 5 is coeliac and it?s her favorite restaurant. The whole menu has gluten-free alternatives, which is lovely!

Had takeaway delivered, Pizza wasn?t bad, wasn?t cut and toppings a bit on the light side, but is this really what you call a portion of chips? Cold, burnt and barely covering the bottom of the box! Won?t be ordering again

I've been here twice. My first experience was terrible; we waited for an hour. During my second visit, despite there being empty tables, we were told that since we were only two people, we could only sit at a table for two. The level of professionalism is appalling. It's unbefitting of a brand like this to impose such rules just to make a little extra money. There's no solution offered. Trying to seat people just 5 cm away from strangers to add a couple more tables is utterly ridiculous.

I recently visited and was extremely disappointed with the service. We had to wait nearly an hour just to get our pizza, which is far too long for any restaurant. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. We requested a specific table, but they refused without a valid reason and were quite rude about it. The overall experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this place if you value good service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely awful service. I took my 3 young nephews at lunchtime, having booked a table. The service was dreadful. It was a long time before anyone served us, and then another 50 minutes before the food turned up. The staff were very rude, no apology or anything. The restaurant was half empty too. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad that was more or less a bowl of iceberg lettuce and a few bits of chicken. Extortionate prices as well! Definitely won?t be going back!

Un-friendly / unwelcoming hostess at the door! The food was clearly thrown together in a rush - cold and flavourless. It truly felt like the restaurant couldn?t handle the capacity of people it had in! Only silver lining of the evening was our wonderful waitress, who was running around like a busy bee, yet remained extremely friendly and attentive. Shame to have spent what we did on the meal - do better!

Great location with free parking nearby after 8pm. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice ambience with the lighting inside, food very tasty. Staff went above and beyond to help use the vouchers we had. Definitely recommend for the staffing that were on tonight .
