The staff at this store are brilliant. I had a few problems with a recent online order which appeared to be missing and the staff here have been so helpful in locating my order. I popped in today and my order ( containing a dress I wanted for my holidays tomorrow ) had in fact arrived!! The member of staff who found my order was as pleased as I was ?? Thankyou everyone at West Bridgford OB ??

After a long wait, an item of stock I was seeking to purchase online, became available.
Not sure of it?s suitability, the staff at the WB store were extremely helpful and accommodating in ordering my item into their store for me to view.
They kept me up to date with its delivery progress and once arrived, offered to assist with transportation to my car!
Highly recommended store - staff couldn?t have been anymore helpful!

First trip to Oliver Bonas and was very pleased I went. I haven?t been to Bridgford for years so was a nice surprise. The products are good quality and I was ages looking around. The clothes are beautiful and expected price for the quality. Very helpful friendly staff who are well trained. One of the ladies reeled off where all the stores are located in the UK and she had great product knowledge. Will be making the trip again in a few weeks for Christmas Shopping ?
