We've been meeting at Gregg's on Central Avenue every time Forest play at home for the last couple of seasons. Stephen and Abi are the heartbeat of the business. Always happy, polite and professional. They even know exactly what my usual order will be. Not sure that's a good thing but it clearly shows their customer focus.

Went in for tea and a sausage roll, roughly half ten in the morning.on a busy Saturday...even busy as , central avenue had a market on..Yet once again , no sausage rolls .. informed be 10 mins as still in oven. Fair enough,but surely when you get to the say dozen roll. You get a full tray ready for baking. Not leaving till you down too the last one ,,! Heard 3 people ask for sausage rolls. Some walked out. Too be fair. It's other branches I've experienced this ,and heard of. May be something , Gregg's need to reevaluate the sausage roll situation ?

Never known a Greggs like it. Been standing in line almost 20min and and only 1 member of staff serving. Any more then 2 is a que. You don?t even wait this long in London greggs. However I can actually see 3 members of staff, how about stop making sandwiches in the back and deal with customers you have in the shop already.
