I ordered food last week at night it came 50mins late, the pizza was okay but overcooked, I ordered chicken wings bbq with no spices i didn't receive the correct order, i noticed the meat was raw i even asked my friend to have a look they said it was raw as well as i ordered this at 1am. I called the store i got told to call in the morning. I called the store in the morning, and the worker kept offering me food as a replacement; I stated I wanted a refund for the chicken twice, and they kept offering me food as a replacement. They agreed to refund me and 7 days later I received nothing.

Horrible food and they hung up on me and my friends 3 times for no reason like we are literally 17 and 18 and they hung up on us when we were trying to place an order?.like it?s probably because me and my mates are black?racist!

I'm sure they are incapable of being able to actually read, ordered the last 3 times asking for extra BBQ sauce on my pizza as the normal is like eating cardboard with cheese on top so I decided to ring them before hand this time and tell them to put the extra sauce, that I pay for, on the pizza and they just put the phone down. Furious with the rude behaviour I rang back and asked them if that's how they treat their customers, the line went dead apparently. Then when my food came it still had the usual pathetic layer of sauce on and they had forgot my 1.5ltr drink so the driver have me 3 cans of his personal Pepsi out of his car. I told him go back and get my drink and he straight up refused. Do not order from this unprofessional place with uneducated staff that clearly can't read. What a joke.

The 3 times I?ve ordered for collection or delivery this particular store has been very pleasant and helpful! As well as rectifying a small mistake on my order effectively :) great customer service and creat teamwork seen in store! Shoutout to Ahmed for being a polite delivery driver too! Keep up the good work guys

I've ordered 2 new yorker pizzas, one without pepperoni, and the other one with extra red and green peppers. But both pizza was exactly the same. Without pepperoni and without added peppers. Can't they read orders proper?

How can I explain my experience? what a shambles. I ordered my pizza via the dominoes app and to my absolute dismay, it was still not at my house after 45 minutes, even though I live about 5 minutes down the road. I then phoned up the restaurant to be told that it would be here in five minutes - shock, it wasn?t. At this point it had been over an hour, and the pizza was still not here. I phoned dominos again , and I asked for a refund as it should not take an hour and a half to deliver two pizzas and some chicken strips, but this was refused. After what felt like eternity, the pizzas finally arrived, freezing cold. To further add to this already abhorrent displeasure, the pizza order was WRONG!!! I again phoned the restaurant, naturally furious, to be told another pizza would be sent out, and it was take half an hour. Sadly, this replacement pizza never arrived. I assume the delivery driver ate it. What a shame, never again!

This has to be the worst experience ever they sent my food out for delivery and waited over an hour for it to turn up the staff at the shop are useless. Will not order again
