Went into the Edwalton Nottingham store. The staff are unbelievably rude. They act like actually serving customers is an inconvenience to them. Tonight I was served by a man who ignored me for a good few minutes before coming over saying ?are you paying cash or card?? I said cash (id have used self service otherwise) so he put my things through, no please, no thank you. Where is your customer service training? Do better.

I'm extremely disappointed that this shop doesn't cater for wheelchair users.
I live very close yet I have to ask people to shop for me
My OT has spoken to the manager about this issue, month's ago . However this seems to have fallen on deaf ears .

Hi I've been going here a lot and starting to hate it because when a bald guy was working at the cashier I accidentally got my money stuck in the recept box and couldn't get it out and then he had a go at me and my child started crying so please reply and fire him now or ill sue the manager of coop now!

Awfully rude staff! Heard them talking about me while i was in the store trying to do my shopping. Saying i?m always ?bladdered? and laughing when my card declined. experience left me not wanting to leave the house.

The shelf lives are always very short which is disappointing given that many customers are elderly and do not have the ability to travel to alternative shops. They didn't even have any milk the other day. I use the shop because it is convenient for picking up things for my mother who is house bound.
