This Co-op in West Bridgeford over charge for delivery it's not that great at all and the delivery person takeing our stuff and swapping our stuff the wrong item not going back at all that's why my mum and me Ware very cross and angry and my dad was very angry about that as well. I'm giving this West Bridgeford Co-op 3 out of 4 star's not good shop.

They like too have offer pricing on products upon paying offers not applied only too be told offers ended last week but following week there still sitting in place under the product!!!! Like the Starbucks sachets twice IV paid full price

Really friendly and helpful staff, especially at the self checkout which, in my opinion, is far too sensitive but the staff react quickly to make sure you get through speedily. Only four stars as I do find you pay a little extra on some products.

Went in 3 times today. Exciting . Bought 2 Capri suns (orange flavour because it is the best).In all seriousness, it?a the most exciting place on the avenue .

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked, good variety, clean and easy to find everything. Prices are a little dearer than other local supermarkets but always have offers on for something.

Stocks a good variety for its size, but could do with more staff as not everyone wants to use the self-service tills. Having an in store Peacocks is a bonus.

Freindly staff, never found it too crowded, medium-small size store so a little lacking in the range and stock you would expect from a Co-op Food especially fresh produce.

Staff expect customers to wear face coverings but neither checkout operator was wearing one on my last visit. There may be a screen offering a degree of protection when paying by card but when packing goods at the end of the checkout there is no protection .

There is a sign outside Co-op Ruddington saying one in one out. However, more often than not silly people stand there waiting even when the store is practically empty. I asked a member of Staff why this is, she said people should use their common sense and if they see the store empty should go in, or ask a Member of Staff if it is okay to do so. One person actually told me she was obeying the sign and not going in till one came out. A Member of Staff at the door would solve this problem. In Winter are we meant to freeze to death or get wet through ? We might not get Covid, but will probably die of pneumonia
