Good coffee but staff are rude and ignorant. Spend their time chatting amongst themselves with little or no interaction with customers - unless they are friends of the staff.

Visit here about twice every week. I like the coffee. You can sit outside even in wintertime. Tables and chairs at the front and around the side, I sit depending on the sunshine direction when outside.
Westbridgford loves car parking charges, wardens patrol, you will never escape a ticket, so I either cycle or bus walk in.
This coffee shop is very popular but I never goes without a seat and table.
Parking: Watch out for parking wardens on a mission.
Kid-friendliness: Kids do come in to drink coffee then go hyper.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes ramp at side entrance.

The service today was quick and very polite. The atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable and the coffee (flat white winter blend) was excellent served in a particularly clean cup which was great. ??

A good variety of snacking foods to eat cold or have warmed through, queues likely as staff do food and drinks but worth the small wait. Tables cleared quickly allowing more customers to sit down after ordering food.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two doors one has ramp and door opens widely.

Warm, friendly atmosphere. The coffee was great, and we enjoyed morning coffee as we celebrated a birthday.
Dog friendly.
Parking: The car park was across the road, but we were able to use the blue badge outside the shop.

Usually great, but the lack of air conditioning upstairs makes it feel like a sauna. I won?t be coming back until it?s fixed.
