Sonal and Bayleigh at Bupa dental care West Bridgford are a real credit to the branch. They are so very warm, friendly and welcoming and always put me at ease. When I went recently to have a filling I felt so at relaxed and confident that everything would be ok, and it was!! I have been seeing Sonal for many years and will continue to do so as I trust her to always give an excellent service. I have met Bayleigh twice now and her and Sonal make a great tea. The reception team always greet me with a smile and have patience with their clients. I would highly recommend this branch.

Amazing experience, staff are so kind and helpful. Jakub my dentist is absolutely amazing, so professional, gentle, respectful of my wishes, and supportive of my decisions. Gives highly knowledgeable advice and solutions! Always strives for the best in dental care and patient care. Marion his supportive staff is so kind, and helpful. On a separate note, She saved my car one time when I got stuck in a tricky spot! lol. The staff are incredibly helpful. It?s nice to finally find a dentist practice that go out of their way to ensure they give appointments that suit my schedule, give me great service and ensure my teeth are in the best health possible. Oh before I forget! I?ve never felt pain ever! Jakub makes sure I am the most comfortable I can possibly be at the dentist. Thank you Bupa dental clinic staff. One very happy patient.

I've just completed Invisalign treatment with Dentist Sonal Arora and dental nurse Kamila mainly to fix a twist on my lower teeth. It has gone so smoothly. Thank you! They explained everything clearly and in easy to understand terms. The customer service here is wonderful too. The week before the appointment to remove the attachments they rang to say my night retainers had arrived early and did I want to come in sooner. I'm pleased with the result and can't believe the difference from just 4 months ago.
