Popped in for a new perfume,with no particular idea in mind. A lovely lady assistant came up to help as I probably looked a little baffled by the choice! She was very patient, but I left without buying. An hour later I returned as the last tester I used had become the scent I wanted after being on my skin for a while. She helped again, by identifying the fragrance by ruling out the rest !! I made the purchase ( and my partner bought one too). She was wonderful, funny and a delight to be served by. So, thank you Haleema ( for putting up with me...the lady with a cold)x

I love the store , love the self service in and out . Not sure why people struggle so much but I guess I just don?t mind doing things myself . The staff are amazing and always there if needed

Customer service appalling. Only pay machines now, so anything requiring help like removing a security tag is going to be a frustrating wait. I'm no longer a Boots Customer.

Oh my .! Purchased 4 small items....No proper checkout! All now self service..4 card ,but only one for cash.....had to wait almost ten minutes ,as other cash customer ,got in a faff, and had too wait for a assistance , behind me where quite a few other people wanting too pay by cash....not a happy queue.! Boots either get a proper checkout installed, or have the decency to have at least two cash self service checkouts. Disrespectful to your customers.!

Visited today (Sunday) 18th feb.Service was appalling!My husband needed advice from the pharmacist, to busy was the answer.Husband wanted to pay the assistant, no luck here either! Go to the self check out was the answer.We used the self check outs, the only way to pay it seems these days! No human contact.No bags.Our last visit to this store, local independent chemists in the future so we can get a better service with a friendly welcome.

Absolute rubbish. Waited ages to be told they couldn?t verify my student discount account with them which I?ve had a few years because I only had online ID (Unidays) not only is this discriminating towards students who study online it left me feeling awkward and wasted my time. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.
