The worst pharmacy I?ve ever been to and dealt with. They?re horrendous. Painfully slow, lose everything, can?t find medication, have no idea what is going on and leave a huge queue of people with no rush in them at all.
Every single time I?ve been to collect my medication, I?ve had issues. You?ll be waiting FOREVER whilst they wander around and don?t keep you updated about what it is they?re actually doing and what?s taking so long. I honestly don?t have a good word to say about this pharmacy.

Basic simple requirement for a calendar pack of a common medicine. They couldn?t supply regularly. Didn?t seem bothered.

Always long queues!!
Got an email saying my medication was ready to be picked up
After queuing half an hour
The guy casually said
It?s not ready come back in half an hour!!
Will not be using again

I have been feeling bad for 10 days. I have a temperature of 38.9, my throat hurts, my right ear hurts and I have no strength. I took flu medicine, paracetamol and I still feel bad. I went to the pharmacy because I decided that I needed to take antibiotics. Unfortunately, the lady at the pharmacy said that I did not need to take antibiotics. She said this without taking my temperature, looking into my throat or looking into my ear. Please avoid this pharmacy.

I cannot fault the staff at ASDA Pharmacy. I have been using them on a regular basis for many years. They have always been extremely helpful and friendly. They greet me by name which I like .
I have nothing but praise for all the staff .

Do not use for one off prescriptions. Repeatedly failed to order in specific items after saying they would. Finally ordered in and under dosed me. Go back to get more. Need to order again. Call back 2 days later. My prescription is lost and no order has been placed. Useless

The service at this pharmacy has gone really downhill. They don't listen to you about specific medication orders & order the wrong thing especially insulin. Shambles

The team here are always incredibly helpful and efficient, particularly the lady pharmacist with the glasses and the man with piercings and long hair. I receive outstanding service every month when I collect my prescription. Thank you for your efforts!

I cannot fault them.I don't use them for much more than my annual flu jab, since I have my own pharmacy linked to my GP. Last year, I booked and casually mentioned my elderly parents and their mobility making it hard for me to get them to the local GP, and the pharmacist said she would come out and do it at home.I said I didn't realise they did home visits, and they don't. She just did it as a favour.And she did. Extremely impressed.
