As I write the review, I have not, as yet, used the paint. However, I am expecting it to live up to the researched reviews prior to purchase and because of the chemistry make-up of the paint, I am expecting great results. I have used and have been loyal to another supplier for some time now. However, after receiving an outstanding service from Premium Paints, and at a much cheaper price, I am now going to use Premium Paints for all my Paint requirements, going forward. Apart from the excellent service received in the first instance, there was an issue with a damaged shipment. Premium Paints sent out a replacement without quibble immediately. This paint can be purchased from many outlets but price and service mean everything these days. I look forward to more purchases and an excellent service received in the future. Thank You.... Chris

Bought some floor paint. Expected a silk finish as in the description. It turned out flat matt. I've emailed them my concern, wondering if they sent the wrong paint, or maybe that the paint went off. They quickly replied and ask for some pictures which I provided immediately. Since then no contact. I've emailed twice to get an update but no answer.Now looking at the other reviews I can see I am not the only one disapointed .Avoid

Purchased an Everest branded sandstone sealer from premium paints, which has left a number of slabs stained white (brand new patio). I asked for some guidance on the best product to help remove the sealer, which was very dismissive and unhelpful. As a customer you would hope for expert advice to avoid making things worse.Looking at reviews for Everest post purchase (should have done this prior), I have no idea why they sell their products. 1 star review after another, shocking.

Worst experience ever.These guys scam you.5 star reviews are all fake.Sent a tracking number but the courier says the product was not available to collect.Over a week now and tge paint has not been dispatched.Contacting credit card company now to get a charge back for my £350+ order.Stay well clear.Not worth the hassle.

Excellent paints and excellent service. I ordered a floor paint and a slate treatment and both were perfect.Because I?m an idiot I made a mistake on my order and had to request a change - this was done immediately and with no fuss. Then I realised I needed to change the change. And then I changed it back AGAIN.These lovely folk made all changes efficiently and were very gracious about it (at least to my face ?).Cannot recommend them enough.

I recently bought some concrete sealer from Premium Paints for my garage floor. Unfortunately the finished result was not as I expected.I contacted Premium Paints with my concerns enclosing some photos. They pointed out the possible causes, and without asking, offered me a 100% refund of the purchase costs.The refund was in my account within a week of my initial email.I would recommend Premium Paints and would definitely use them again as their after sales customer service is second to none.

Great experience with this company, paint is of high standard, goes on very smoothly and the colours are beautiful. Will definitely buy again and will be recommending to others . We are old wagon renovators.

Terrible Customer Service, super late delivery and so far its taken me hours of calling over 2 days and is till can't get hold of someone.Our factory is losing thousands for every day of extra downtime and these people couldn't care less.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Great products and great customer service. We had a slight issue with one paints being a different shade but Jacob was fantastic and sorted the issue straight away - highly recommend
