Not very helpful. Went in for an item which I had already checked in line and said they had 9 available. Saw advisor at the till to ask where they would be and all I got was if it's not there then they haven't got it and would need to order it on line to be brought in. I explained that it said online they had 9 in stock but he didn't offer to go and find it or anything. I went home ordered the bit I needed and went back half hour later and got it. Shame I couldn't have got it anywhere else as I would have gone elsewhere. This person obviously just couldn't be bothered to help, yes it's Xmas in a couple of days but people still need help. Very disappointing

Ryan (who I assume is the manager) tried telling me that whilst it wasn't my fault that an item was damaged in transit and not communicated with them by their delivery driver, it also wasn't their fault. Ryan tried to explain to me that their contractor is to blame, and that I should complain to them. If a retailer hires a contractor to deliver their items, it is not the job of the consumer to go chasing. It is the responsibility of the retailer to make sure all is well-and-good, and whilst the contractor may have made errors, the retailer is accountable as the contractor is an extension of the company by contract. Ryan doesn't understand this, and tells me I am wrong, and that I should complain to them, and not him. Not cool.FYI, Citizen's Advice Bureau:"If you bought something from a business to be delivered, it?s the seller?s responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you.If the seller used a courier, they should chase the courier to find out what?s happened to your order - it?s not your responsibility."

Nothing but issues from start to finish. Poor and rude service with no customer service, care or professionalism. Would never recommend any product of fitting from them.

Do not use for bathrooms!!!We had a complete nightmare with Wickes that included them sending out incompetent contractors that flooded our house and heating system. They managed to leave huge holes in walls and actually break the shower unit they fitted.Complaining to these guys is really painful and they don?t have the slightest idea on what good customer care is.We are still having problems 2 years later due to the incompetence fitting and still Wickes refuse to do anything.Plenty of alternatives out there and I?d encourage you to look elsewhere.

Wickes allow domestic violence/abuse to happen under their roof. Also allow breach of data protection. Imagine taking a customers phone number off the system to text them abuse. AVOID WICKES AT ALL COSTS

I paid £20,000 for a kitchen installation a 5 star installation, one of the doors was damaged. Been in the store 4 times to try and resolve the issue. I felt like lepper everyone just looked through as I s just stepped in something. Problem still not resolved. Legal action looks like the only option!!!

Very rude member of staff berated me in front of other people waiting in the queue, because I had one bag of plaster in a pull along basket. I suggest you concentrate on serving a long queue of people waiting, instead of getting petty with customers. I left and went to B&Q.
