Today I took my new phone to Sutton-in-Ashfield branch that I purchased from the Chesterfield branch last Sunday as the only thing I couldn't do after hours of trying was set up my yahoo account, Sasha the assistant manager spent a good 30 mins helping me and managed to sort it, a credit to the company despite me not purchasing the phone from there, saved me alot of hassle, brilliant.

Visited the Sutton-in-Ashfield store today with my fiancé and was very impressed with the very friendly staff and amazing service. Sasha served us and we were blown away with her incredible customer service, she was so lovely, very helpful and nothing was any bother for her :)

Fantastic staff! Absolute pleasure to have all of my phone issues dealt with by Sasha and James!I went to the store to have an issue resolved with my contract which had previously not been sorted by Vodafone online. It was sorted within a few days by James and his colleagues in store. I was then able to upgrade to a new phone contract which was not easy for me to get to grips with but over the weekend I was supported with Sasha transferring all of the files from my old to my new phone. I want to say thank you for making this much easier for me as I struggle with anxiety so if it wasn?t for you guys making it so easy I wouldn?t have upgraded. You are a credit to the the team in store and Vodafone! Such be so proud of yourself for going the extra mile for your customers.
