Very poor customer service and rude staff who were unhelpful and ignorant. Lampshades with shelve price of £10 but was £20 at the till. Told was their label error so refused to buy as wasn?t worth that much. Brought some plant pots that they took prices from indoor pots rather than cheaper outdoor pots. When challenged about issues they became rude. Got home and then realised they only gave us half of what we had paid for.
Appalling shopping experience and I will never shop there again.
I suggest that nobody else shops there either to avoid yourself the disappointment of this shockingly bad shopping experience.

Untrained staff - at front of queue but had to wait 10 mins to get served because 2 ladies left the tills expecting one colleague to get through the line of a good 6-7 people. Funny enough the one lady was dealing with a return of a few items so couldn?t actually get through her customer to serve the queue. Need to get some proper customer service training in store or hire staff that have some form of critical thinking skills!

Normal The Range store with similar product lines. We came to this store for something specific as it wasn't in stock more locally. The staff were friendly and helped us find it and even then discounted the item because she could. Good experience, thanks!

Checkout woman just walked off leaving us all standing there no apology nothing very rude behaviour .She needed toilet so should have got cover not left us all standing
