Been in for a cheese salad wrap they refused to heat it so the cheese would melt then put the salad on I told them they do at the Kirkby one and they said they shouldn't.

Never experienced such rudeness! Shannon and Toby were so rude and made my daughter really upset. We normally visit every week but never again!

Absolutely shocking subway, the worst I have been to. The staff were ignorant and didn?t have a clue what they were doing, got home and opened our subs, one was missing the cheese I had payed extra for and other toppings selected as well as the other two missing cheese and toppings. The food was also freezing!!
When ringing up the staff member was clueless on what to do and said the only thing we could do was bring it back so they could see we weren?t lying. Having a five month old, and getting them back in the car to drive all the way back, for something they messed up on was ridiculous. Had to check the bags before walking out the shop and our drinks were not even in them!!! Will not be going again and wouldn?t recommend anyone else to!!!

Rude and immature staff incapable of dealing with a wrong order in store so escalated to head office and here. Sub has no meat on and salad completely wrong on second order. Unwilling to deal with it despite being out of the store for less than a minute

Our local subway is always clean and the staff are always friendly. They always work well together (un like other stores we've visited) our favourite duo are Connor and Tobi. They always go above and beyond.

Placed an order on the subway app for collection. I ordered a rotisserie chicken salad and a footlong chicken tikka sub. When i got home and opened my food, my footlong was missing the cheese i ordered and the chicken salad was missing most of the ingredients including the chicken, cheese and some of the salad items. Very disappointing considering the price.

Our regular subway and never disappointed. Always able to get what we want never missing any ingredients which I have experienced elsewhere.
Staff are so friendly and today in particular the changed the sauce of one of our sandwiches they told us before hand and when we weren't sure as it was sweet or spicy the offered to do half and half. Could not ask for better service. Even when busy they are polite and not rushed
Parking: Large guttering and potholes so be careful hopefully fixing soon but always plenty of spaces

When me and my partner went to get something to eat and asked for a six inch chicken bacon and cheese and a footlong bmt. Connor the server started doing the order wrong my partner tried to get his attention but Connor ignored him. So my partner than said hello which got his attention but made him kick off at my partner.
Connor mistake would of cause a pregnant woman to have a cured meat sandwhich which could of made my baby very poorly or made me go in to hospital. We was trying to stop him from making a mistake and got treated appalling. Will not be going back here and will be taking it further. The service was terrible and I didn't even get any food.

Only give a one as can?t give 0.Connor was the most ignorant and abrasive service assistant to ever exist and when corrected about his mistakes trying to serve a pregnant woman cured meats ,started shouting at me as if I was in the wrong , poor service and totally unprofessional behaviour from start to finish
