Having had a problem with my new glasses, the lenses didn?t seem to be as they should be so, through Tom with his expertise with testing, Sam with his knowledge and finally Elaine with her knowledge also and with all 3 people combined, their patience and understanding my glasses are now superb. My sight is now restored to as good as it can be with SpecSavers, Sutton in Ashfield. A big thank you to you all.

Very pleased with the service I received at Specsavers in Sutton in Ashfield. The staff were very professional, and ready to listen to my requests for advice. I will definitely keep on going there for my eyesight tests, and they send me details of my appointments, when due, unlike some other opticians in the area, I have used in the past. Prices are reasonable, and very pleased with the selection, and the ones I chose.

Had my eyes tested by one of your locum eye specialists today, very lovely and welcoming and was really good with my little niece Lola who come along to see what it was all about so thank you! Both the receptionist and eye specialist who took the images also fab and very friendly!
