Unable to complete any of proposed transactions due to excessive queuing lack of staff and very limited opening times ,Been 3 times and waited over a hour to get served unsuccessful every time . You need to get this sorted Nationwide or we will be forced into going elsewhere.

Lovely staff, welcoming and top class service. I really can't fault the Sutton in Ashfield or Mansfield branches at all.

Lengthy queues and inadequate numbers of staff servicing counter transactions. There is sufficient space along the counter area for an additional terminal which, if manned, would alleviate customer waiting times. Short sighted implementation of reduced opening times, so consequently if you need to make an appointment for review of any accounts you may hold with Nationwide the current waiting time is 5 months.
I will be moving my accounts away from this business, many customers have complained about the short opening times and yet head office are doing nothing to rectify the situation.
I do not want a reply stating a reference number to follow - actions speak louder than lip service and the only way to get organisations to hear is when customers leave, which I will be doing shortly.
The branch staff are aware of the dissatisfaction of customers but glibly state there's nothing they can do, it's a directive from head office. Enough said.

Visited the branch Tuesday 13th for the first time in a year to find it closed with very limited opening hours. Went back twice on Wednesday to find huge queues so decided to go to Mansfield. Sorted out what I wanted but had to pay for car park fuel etc. please Sutton get it sorted it makes a mockery of your advert..

Been a nationwide customer for years but have decided to change my bank.
The Sutton in Ashfield branch is not open at weekends when I need it. Have to travel to Mansfield at a great inconvenience.

Staff are helpful it's just the opening hours that are rubbish and that therefore makes it ten times as busy for everyone on the days that it's open leaving you to cue up for 20 minutes.
