Our local branch is closed on Wednesday so visited the Sutton-in-Ashfield branch.
This is our second visit in the last year.
The reason for my visit was to transfere some money as I don't do online banking.
First of all I was greeted by a member of staff who was very professional and super friendly,he made me feel so comfortable not rushed and valued as a customer.
To cut a long story short I ended up leaving with the Lloyds app and fully aware of how to do online banking!
His expertise is explaining how it works plus his patience made it so easy, two branches near me have never made me feel nothing was too much trouble.
He even explained to my husband he could have the face time appiontment organised to take place in branch.
Why have we never had this service before.
Myself and my husband have moved a bond and plan on leaving Lloyds due to poor customer service.,we both said if we had had the service we had today we would have stayed.But my last visit at this branch was good too.
The staff are so different it's as if they want to be at work and can't do enough for you and your comfort. The chap who we saw was James,so anyone looking to do online banking but a bit behind with technology he is your guide100%.The travel is worth the service. Thankyou James

I?m not a very regular person to go into branch,but I?ve just had to go into the Sutton in Ashfield branch,as my card had been blocked on a online purchase for some reason,very pleasant atmosphere and very helpful staff,who had got the time of day for you,and was made to feel like a person and not a number,I was helped by a lady called Nicky ,an extra special thank you to her?

I recently went in Lloyd's Bank and the lady I saw was so incredibly helpful and she sorted everything out for me and I was so grateful, Lovely staff work in Lloyd's Bank.

Yesterday I went into Lloyds bank in Sutton in Ashfield. I went to talk to someone regards my Dad who?s disabled and about his banking. I knew I might be only able to discuss so much being a 2nd name person on my Dads account and wanted to have a private chat with someone and explain what had led me to go into the bank so they could get some background on the situation. I was open to making an appointment to go back in with my Dad who has carers and needs a taxi to go there as he requires a taxi as I cannot get his mobility scooter into my car. I explained a fair bit to one of the ladies there who then took me over to a gentleman on front desk and I did feel a little uncomfortable in the bank talking about my Dad and the personal reason I had to come in. Everyone could hear me explaining my issues in the bank so I asked if someone was free to have a private chat in one of the rooms and there wasn?t. I was asked for my details for the manager to ring me. Nobody has called me since yesterday and it took alot for me to go into the bank in the first place. I have been really struggling with my disabled dad and his health and all I wanted was to have a chat with someone and ask their advice about what to do next regards his banking. After yesterday I am now considering leaving this bank after how they made me feel. It was pretty poor and nobody seemed to care .

Checked website for opening hours Saturday 26th August and it said 3.00pm.arrived just before 2pm. Shut. Opening hours notice on window said 1pm. Not happy.
