I regularly use Sutton and haven?t always had the best experience with my fleet car, staff have previously been lazy, rude and unhelpful, but today was a different story, today I met Dean, where have you been hiding him.. he is amazing a breath of fresh air to Sutton, professional, polite and accommodating even when he was single handily doing all the jobs, receptionist, tyre fitter and top tea boy! He?s an asset to Kwik Fit and will spread the word that there?s a new kid in town.. someone who care about the customers journey! Thank you Dean for a pleasant experience today!

Absolutely fantastic service today I was told by Ron brooks in Mansfield that my car needed my wheels alignment doing asap.
I took it in today. It didn?t need doing . The man in kwik fit was amazing. Saying it was absolutely fine . Thank you so much ??

The staff were friendly, Tim was really helpful, but I felt no sense of time management. The job I needed doing didn't warrant 2 hours of waiting when there was only one other ramp being used.
They did do a good job and I'm satisfied with it.
I will use the service again but when I've got all day avaliable to.wait.

Had a tyre blow out and they got it changed and my tracking tested in a few hours and I was on my way. And I just dropped in with no appointment. Thank you to all the staff.

Went here on Thursday to get my tyre looked at it was a simple job didn't take long and didn't get charged sorry forgot his name but he was very pleasant and friendly thank you very much.

I would give six stars if I could, and here's why.Car dashboard indicated heavy pressure loss in one tyre on long drive back home yesterday. Car slowed down rapidly and became difficult to drive. Managed to make it home and saw tyre hugely deflated so assumed I needed a new tyre and booked/paid online in advance.Guys at KF advised no new tyre needed, did full tyre check free of charge, pressurised all tyres to correct PSI and - note this - processed full refund immediately!Loss of pressure likely due to terrible road conditions in area with deep potholes etc ...They could have changed the tyre and charged me. I would not have known better ...Honesty, kindness, professionalism and great work ethos.Thank you!

Booked the car in after the back box fell off the car. Problem was quickly diagnosed, part ordered and fitted within a couple of hours. Super helpful, friendly and efficient service. Awesome job getting us fixed same day

Left me waiting for 3hrs to get tyre replaced, whilst I'm waiting other customers just call in for a tyre replacement without an appointment and get theirs replaced before mine, would give zero stars if it was an option not happy at all
