Try to pre order on app it just kept going to same thing so unable to apply blue light discount, finally arrived she was unable to help us.she just said refresh which didn't sort out problem so she recommended we order at counter which is when the next
problem started so we ordered what we'd had on mobile app and she said it was £2 more than it said on mobile app so we went through it and it came up right.We weren't asked if we eating in or takeaway and just processed to pack it in a bag so we told her and she said it easier to get it to the table .We had to ask for cup for drinks and ice and straws no cardbard plates or the wooden cutlery and napkins the when we asked for these things we were looked at with disdain..I think on this visit Customer service was very substandard.

I came to try the new gym shark rice box, this was so tasty and the perfect meal for lunch. A massive shout out to Yvette for the amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself was very pleasant and clean 5 stars
