Poor service ! Ordered 4 products online told it was ready when I got to branch 1 of the 4 products of which I ordered 2 of the same 1 was missing , after the shop assistant had a look around for 10 minutes he came back looked in a cupboard then went off again fist bumping his colleagues on the shop floor while I stood waiting for another 5 minutes he came back with a product that was a 500ml bottle of cleaner which he said you can have that one it's more money I can't find anymore of what you ordered (which is a litre bottle) no apology and walked off !As I said poor service !

Had really bad experiences from a few other Halfords, I drove out of my way to come here to be treated in such a respectful manner, I recently purchased an Audi a3 and wanted a stereo screen, after being told rudely that it was impossible to fit, Dan the man from this Halfords completed the job with such confidence and care and gave the most exceptional customer service that I have ever received. This Halfords store should be beyond proud of their staff as from start to finish it was the best experience. I am so happy with the outside. Thank you !

Collected 2 boot trays,on returning home found 1 had a corner broken off and was in a dirty state. This did not have shrink wrapping on it as the perfect one did. Assume therefore it was passed to me with the full knowledge of the staff member of the damage (Sutton in Ashfield)

I've had issues with this store's staff in the past!I used to live in my X5 a few years ago due to losing my job & struggled with my mental health & still do... the refund dispute I had was about an inverter that I purchased to wire in the boot to charge my phone & watch TV but eversince that they have over the last few years exceeded my expectations on customer service, expertise & I feel I've made progress with my understanding on the workings of my cycle after watching them replace parts.Furthermore I have gained experience from the team members on suggested improvements to the headset for safer cycling, chain due to stretch also the cassette had become worn because of the previous owner I believe! I bought the bike cheaply from a friend who will be pleased to hear that I am taking care of it for him xx
