Bought a Kia Ceed 12 months ago from these guys. From the welcome to the drive off the forecourt with new car......... Fantastic. Sales guys with no pressure and very talkative about anything not car related ?. Very very easy process with an OK price for my old Eco Boost Fiesta. Price for Ceed and mileage on a 4 year old car which was also a fair price. Just serviced after 12 months great guys behind the desk. So yeah..... Fair to say a great experience all round. Thanks guys ???

The staff was rude when asked them to move car from public foot path, wheelchair and people with kids have to go on road to walk past the car. They do this everyday

Went in today ,1 staff was chatting with a customer, but outher chap was on his phone ,video call to family, hears me struggling to stand so waited 10 minutes and left ,ignorance, I was going to order a new car on mobility

Very engaging when taking your money. However after sales is a shambles. The manager never rings you back when he says. Drags everything out. Looks for excuses on why it's not their fault. Just be careful because I thought Kia were exceptional but all the dealerships seem to be independent franchises . A lot of back and forth with 2 dealers blaming each other. In this case always Draycotts fault. Problem eventually got sorted but has left a sour taste .

AMAZING service from Draycotts, my son was looking for a car, specific of course and we found a used car at KIA Mansfield Draycotts. We made an appointment with Lewis and he was awesome. Lewis at KIA talked my son through the car, his experiences , allowed us to look at our own leisure and answered all the questions so well. I bought a second-hand 14 reg Kia Sportswagon from Draycotts at christmas. Although it's high mileage i'm so happy with it! I'd like to complement Lewis Bilbie, Sales Exec for his non pushy polite style also the Service &Parts Deptswho replaced llittle bits i wasn't happy with without dissent or argument. Even fitting me brand new number plates without asking. When i collected the car it was immaculately turned out so thanks to all those concerned. Will highly recommend .
