Yesterday we ordered two pizzas and we had to wait over 45 minutes to pick them up. When I asked after that time if it was ready they were saying it takes another 30 mins.
Their strategy of delivering and getting pizzas out was horrendous, with everyone checking all the pizzas and opening them, some of them getting cold.
I ended up cancelling my order after waiting 50 minutes for 2 pizzas. Then the "manager" said that I would not get a confirmation of my cancellation and that the head office needed to approve ?. I now need to wait 4 days.
Ps: other businesses if they are too late or cancel the order will automatically send a cancellation confirmation.
After looking through the reviews I can see that this has been happening for ages. How come the head office is not doing anything about this?!

Order taken over two hours for a £45 order, gave excuses every time we rang up. We order from here every week but no being so now. Terrible service

Just been in to order and no one even acknowledged me and were all laughing and grinning at each other, was worth the drive to Mansfield branch who served me as soon as I went up to the counter, poor customer service made me feel uncomfortable

I placed alot of orders with Domino's a few bad experiences but today's order was vile apart from the garlic bread.Pepperoni pizza cheese & pepperoni just fell off the base my order was not cooked properly it came within 5mins of placing order.The guy was rude that delivered it to I will be requesting a full refund

painful - wrong orders, you can watch on tracking your delivery time just slip away. even says its delivered , when tracking shows it hasnt left. This has to be the worst Dominoes in the UK, I actually cant believe they havent been audited by the company they are so bad. As I type this my order should have been delivered half an hour ago. I said never again the last 3 occasions - but now I definately wont order again.

I ordered a thin base cheese n Tom pizza,9.99 pickup got it home it was like a crispy cream cracker with fat dripping off it ,and my daughter found a long hair in the cheese dangling there ? couldn?t understand the staff either ,not great language and you can?t pay with cash ,?

Found more than one hair on our pizza, brown hairs and we both have blonde hair. Tried calling but surprisingly no one answered and attempted to call 5 times. Only second issue I've ever had but hairs on a pizza enough to put me off ordering ever again. Plus the fries were cold. Probably helped if the drivers had the bags zipped up.

Honestly this is one of the worst Domino?s in the country. They run out of several added ingredients you paid for on your pizza and don?t even call to tell you, instead just give a very dry sad looking cold pizza, plus soggy fries and give the vegan pizza a none vegan dip since there?s no vegan dip left?! I got the whole order refunded by head office it was that bad and this is not the first time this store has given me shocking food.
