Luvly cuppa!... and one of the Costa tasty butter mince pies after a good walk into town. Lovely refreshment drink and food. And a touch of kind hospitality for the days day .
And an exceptionally very nice clean smart inside fresh air clean and good Costa style decor ... excellent !
And tops polite patient service as I waited for my app taking a long time to wake up.
Excellent 5 stars definitely today Wed 16th October 4pm, to staff on duty and who keeps this cafe so nice good ! ...nice tuneful cheering audio too.

Nicest staff in any Costa I?ve ever been 2. Heather and Adam make it feel like you?re in a local cafe where they treat everyone like friends or family. I?ve been in so many times and they?re always the same. Made my Monday seeing how lovely they are to everyone.

This is the best Costa I've ever been in for the staff alone. The manager is always out on the front line ans is gregarious, funny, friendly. Best service in Sutton and certainly in the Costa brand. The down side is the appearance of the store but that's certainly not their fault. It's always really busy now too, it wasn't like that a year or so ago. Glad to see they're doing well.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about allergens. Pity the whole of Sutton-in-Ashfield is so run down and especially around this area as visiting this place isn't a pleasure. But once inside it's great and a far cry to the dump surrounding it.Parking: Paid parking on the old market square and free on approaching roadsWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor access easy for wheelchairs to negotiate

Vegetarian options: Always a good choice and includes Vegan options too
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, diary free, vegan, vegetarian
Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and toast!
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a power chair and can easily access all of the cafe and there is a disabled toilet

It used to be a pub denmans bottoms if I remember correctly. Hmm had few entertaining wknds in there then. So glad costa didn?t alter the outside so much and also glad it was not knocked down.
