Got to check out was told if we signed up we would get £5 off our shop spent 10 minutes signing up going through emails etc she then scanned the £5 off and said it had worked when we got him I checked the receipt and in actual fact no £5 was taken off so paid full price and had to agree to sign up to their emails and got nothing for my wasted time I think it?s all a con tbh

I disappointed with a member of staff who we asked for help finding a pull handle for a bathroom light fitting .
He just walked off without a word expecting me to follow him and took me to the electrical section where you can buy s basic light fitting with a cord which isn't what I was after and then just walked off. :-/ ended up going to dunelms and getting exactly what I wanted

I've been to this store several times for timber, tools and such. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. As a large store, they also have a greater variety in stock.

Wife brought two wire weeding brushes yesterday from this store, we used the one yesterday morning for approximately 6 minutes before the handle came away from the brush.Now I'm not wasting my time or fuel on going back again.
We did use this store regularly but quality control is somewhat lacking as this isn't the first item we've had that was substandard.
Finally time to find some where they are more focused on what they sell rather than the money they make with cheap products

Brought a kitchen sink from b&q and it started to rust got in touch with b&q and spoke with a lady called Chelsea she sorted out the problem I had the same day it was very fast at getting sorted I am very grateful to Chelsea for the help she gave me and would have no doubt of recommending her fast delivery to get things done. Had an issue with a pair of work trousers that were ripping along some stitching. I went in originally just to ask what could be done. But I was passed on to a lady called Colleen who took my details and got me some new ones in to go and swap them over. Lovely lady, thank you for the five star service.
