I am pleased to say that this has been addressed. The outer - and I?ve since seen again the inner - line of trolleys are now the smaller ones; and the manager has secured many more. Welcome. And if you can?t find something don?t hesitate to ask. Excellent staff.
Shortage of small trolleys which are also tucked behind masses of large ones and down between pallets of fuel logs etc. Causes shoppers, most often elderly, to reverse manoeuvre through a tight corridor with uneven sides. Needs health and safety rethink!
