Zero help when there was an issue with my prescription, actually tried to blame it on me instead of help me resolve the issue. I moved down the road much more help and consideration.

Waited 12 days for a prescription in June for my stroke tablets and suffered another stroke. Absolutely the worst chemist I?ve had the displeasure of experiencing. Avoid if you can.

Can't belive all the stupid reviews on here, My wife has a terminal illness requires lots of medication and wells pharmacy have been really helpful, good opening hours and have medication that palliative care nurses have recommend. Yes they are busy at times, and sometimes you have to wait, but I'd rather they take their time and dispense accurately, and no they don't stock everything under the sun, but will always order it if required. If the staff are occasionally grumpy then I not surprised if they have to deal wigh some of the people leaving reviews on here!

Impossible to get through on the phone and not because they?re busy I?ve actually sat in there and watched them completely ignore the phone. Plus they don?t rush to do repeat prescriptions and good luck if you?re walking in with a prescription, you?re looking at waiting at least half an hour on a day that the shop is empty. Useless avoid if possible.

I just wanted to share a positive review, I find people always moan about well pharmacy but I think they are great, they might be a little slow sometimes but that's because they are always busy and want to make sure they are getting everything correct.

Takes 10 days to get a repeat prescription, if not longer. Takes 10-15 minutes to find
They never answer the phone.
Avoid if possible.

Visited this pharmacy as i've had a sore throat and dry cough for a number of weeks. Told the pharmacist my symptoms and he appreared non-plussed as to recommend a remedy. Picked some Bennilyn throat bottle at what appeared to be random and then charged me £7 for it. Needless to say the liquid didnt work and was useless.

Usefull chemist in same location as Linden and Saxon surgerys ..waiting time can be up to 20min ....
Allso can close early with no notification due to staffing.
