Would just like to thank Gilbert for his response to my breakdown yesterday ( 13.01.22 ). I'd only gone and put petrol in a diesel Mondeo !!!!!!, ?...Cannot thank this man enough, responsive , professional, easy to communicate with and great value for money. Recovered the vehicle, sorted the problem, back on the road again ? ?...Even txt me today to see if everything was OK .....Top bloke ?.....Highly recommended....Thanks again Gilbert ?.

Called Gil from Wigan to see if he could assist with a customer car collection/delivery to repair garage.I rang at very short notice, and customer breakdown recoveries can be difficult to manage customer experience, but not only did Gil go above and beyond to help at such short notice, he also didn't take the Mickey with pricing like so many people do with similar remote urgent requests.Wish these guys were based in Wigan and could cover all of our delivers/collections, and beyond!! Thanks again for the great assistance!!

Professional team, collected my vehicle with the transporter, Upon arrival at the garage it was immediately plugged in to the diagnostics system and they contacted me and explained the findings in detail. They kept me updated on parts replaced and part costs. They even sent images of damaged or worn parts . The car was returned next day and now runs better than it ever did before. Definitely I will be using Fox Autos next time I have any issues and certainly will recommend to all my friends.Thankyou guys .

10/10 - Efficient yet affordable service!Fox Autos completed a full service, Pre MOT check up, sourced the MOT and also repaired any advisories after it passing with flying colours ?
