“Great nail salon, but make sure you get an appointment when it’s quiet. There’s only two employees, however, the salon will book in multiple customers at once (I’ve seen them working between four clients with two others waiting!) This impacts the service in a variety of ways - your appointment slot might be quite delayed, the atmosphere isn’t very relaxing when you can see the two employees running in between clients, and the quality of your nails will not last as long. On a quiet day, my nails will last for weeks, however, during busy period, where they are rushing around, the gel will peel or chip the next day. Overall, the salon and the skills of the staff are fantastic, however, they must employ additional staff to fulfil demand or resort to turning customers away to ensure their service isn’t impacted negatively.”
“had the LVL lash lift and was incredibly happy with the results. I’m currently very pregnant and Natalie took the time to adjust the bed to make me feel really comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend Natalie to anyone looking to have a little pamper session!”
